He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie; and his son Douglas. He is survived by: his daughter Gayle (Patrick); his grandchildren, Patrick, Christina, Shelby and Morgan; and his sisters, Lora (Gary) and Brenda (Jesse). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Donations may be made to Alzheimer's Association, Central New York Chapter, 441 West Kirkpatrick Street, Syracuse, New York 13204, in Donald's memory.
