He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Stoutenger and Katherine Stoutenger (Swiech); his wife Judith Ann Stoutenger; and his brother Kenneth Paul Stoutenger. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Schnurr (Steven) of Fulton, Donald Stoutenger Jr. (Michelle) of Hannibal, Tammy Kostoroski (Keith) of Oswego and Lisa Griffin (Micheal) of Oswego; his siblings, Shirley O'Brien and Mickeal Stoutenger (Diane); his brother-in-law Lawrence Williams (Mary Ellen); and his grandchildren, Leah, Christopher, Bradley, Nicole, Marty, Jason, Meghan, Jonathon, Katie, Casey and Lindsay. He is also survived by his 20 great grandchildren, 2 great – great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
