It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David W. Kelly (Fulton, New York), who passed away on May 3, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Kelly and Loranah Morrison Kelly. He is survived by: his sisters, Sue Hinman (James) of Volney, NY and Merry-Beth Hopkins (Bruce) of Oriskany Falls, NY; his nephews, Dexter Hinman (Raina), Andrew Hinman (Emily) and Justin Hopkins (Vanessa); and his niece Melissa Hopkins.

Mask are required for attendance and COVID restrictions will be in place.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in David's name to the Arc of Oswego County, 7 Morrill Pl, Fulton, NY 13069 or the Bristol Hill UCC, 3199 NY-3, Fulton, NY 13069.
