He is survived by: his granddaughter Emma Long; his wife Mary Long (Vennera); his son David P. Long; his daughter-in-law Kimberly Long; his stepgrandchildren, Marcus, Jade and Trinty Brownrigg; his pet Monte; and his siblings, Ken, Doug, Joe, Tom, Tim and Donna.
