He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Tice and Elke Vogel Tice of Fulton; his wife Lisa Marie Violando; his children, Brandon Tice of Fulton and Emily Tice of Fulton; and his siblings, Monica Gorney (Kevin) of Hannibal, Anita Terpening (Ernest) of Hannibal, Brian Tice (Rebecca) of Fulton, Kelly Tice (Steve Bedford) of Syracuse and Patrick Samson (Leah Cook) of Sterling. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and beloved friends.
