He was predeceased by: his parents, Sumner Nellis and Reva Nellis; his wife Edna R. Perchway Nellis; his daughter Candy Lou Mullen; and his siblings, Joyce Barber, Rita Blackmer and Joe Nellis.
He is survived by: his sons, Timothy Nellis (Berit) of Florida, Anthony Nellis (Tina) of Florida and Todd Nellis (Sue) of Florida. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
