He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Stowell; his daughter Wanda Stowell; his siblings, Evart, Erwin, Clair, Gordon, Linda Miner and Barbara Nastasi; and his siblings-in-law, Roger Kellogg and Louise Kellogg.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Stowell of Lowville, NY, Larry Stowell (Susan) of Marietta, GA and Dawn Stowell of Fulton; his grandsons, Aaron Stowell of Clearwater, FL and Adam Stowell (Gwynne) of Alpharetta, GA; his great grandchildren, Brooke, Alexandra, Lana and Emily; his sister Hilda Paolucci; and his brother-in-law Wayne Kellogg of Oswego, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
