With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte J. Wilcox of Fulton, New York, born in Oswego, New York, who passed away on September 27, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, August Leppert and Rosetta Leppert (Russell); her daughter Tracy Moses; and her siblings, Karen Kryzak and Warren Douglas Leppert.
She is survived by: her husband David Wilcox; her son Shawn O'Neil of Oswego; her sister Cathie O'Neil (Patrick) of Oswego; her grandchildren, Alisha Sharpe, Ashley O'Neil and Robert Moses; and her great grandchildren, Parker and Nolan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society to honor Tracy.
