He is survived by: his son Jack McDougall (Lisa Flynn) of Fulton; his siblings, Harry McDougall of Fulton and Karen Warren of Florida; his grandson Cody J. McDougall of Fulton; and his former wife Florence McDougall of North Volney. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
