He was predeceased by: his wife Anne; and his grandson Nathan Charles. He is survived by: his son Charles A. Lewis II (Jennifer) of Baldwinsville, NY; his stepchildren, David Dile (Cathy) of Coshocton, OH and Denise Cox Fairall (Ken) of Zanesville, OH; and his grandchildren, Zachary, Bailey, Erica and Richie. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
