He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl J. Sr. McCollum and Doris McCollum (Johnson). He is survived by: his daughter Janice (Jason); his wife Sarah (Brown); his grandchildren, Grace of Scriba, Eve of Scriba and Seth Hibbert of Scriba; and his siblings, John Ditoro, Sherman McCollum, Sandra Egloff, Linda Capizzi and Carleen McCollum. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
