Bruce B. Phelps Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bruce B. Phelps of Fulton, New York, born in Delta, Ontario, who passed away on February 28, 2023 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Warner Phelps and Mary Bolton Phelps; his wife Barbara Dixon; his son David Phelps; his son-in-law Don Hoyt; and his siblings, Vivian Schmidt, Loreen Taylor and Gerald Phelps.

He is survived by: his daughter Linda; his son-in-law Peter Russell of Fulton; his daughter Carol Hoyt of Fulton; his grandchildren, Heather Elen (Dave), Ellen Marshall (Mike), Johanna Taylor, Richard Russell (Rose DeMauro), Stephen Russell (Becky) and Jacob Phelps (Leah); and his great grandchildren, Mattison, Grady, Vivienne, Elisabeth, Reed, Joseph and Anthony.
