He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell Seeber and Helen Seeber; his sister Debbie; his brother-in-law Andrew Bruns; his sister Elaine Maniss; his brother-in-law Keith Pratt; his parents-in-law, Bert and Reta Pratt; and his niece Laurie Parkhurst.

He is survived by: his wife Cindy Seeber (Pratt); his siblings, Kevin Seeber (Roxanne) of Fulton and Wendy Hart of Hannibal; his sisters-in-law, Jill Pratt (Stan Burkle) and Bonnie Tyo (Charlie); his nieces and nephews, Chad, Eric Griffis, Will Hart, Steve Crofoot, Meredith Bruns, Tracy Rudes, Penny Lonsway, Linda Gifford, Sarah Stephens and Sandy Komel; his godchildren, Grace, Caleb, Meredith, Ryan, Ryann, Jeffrey and Bradley; and his pets, Little, Velvet, Harrie, Matilda, Butler and Tink.
