We are sad to announce that on September 29, 2020, Bertha Palamar of Fulton, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Fuchs and Josephine Fuchs (Neidhardt); her husband Frank Palamar; and her daughter Diane Palamar. She is survived by: her children, Jerry Palamar (Sheila), Cindy Palamar (Melissa Stotts) of Oswego and Mary Healy (James) of Baldwinsville, NY; her grandchildren, Kristy Phillips, Alicia Healy, Thomas Palamar and Keith Healy; and her great grandchild Justin Manwaring. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Donations may be made to the Hannibal Resource Center, 50 East Mohawk St., Oswego, NY 13126.
