She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Lupa and Apolonia Lupa (Malec); her husband Adolph Edward Kalafarski; and her siblings, Peter, John, Joseph Lupa, Helen Cook, Mary Lupa, Sophie Coniski and Nellie Osetek.
She is survived by: her children, Edward Kalafarski (Julie), Carol Schwab (Jim) and Debora LaBudde (David); her grandchildren, Peter Kalafarski, Daniel Kalafarski, Connor MacKenzie, Aidan MacKenzie, Chase LaBudde and Taylor LaBudde; and her brother Paul E. "Gene" Lupa.
