He was predeceased by: his parents, William Quinn and Gertrude "Anna" Quinn (Dwyer); his wife Nancy Quinn; and his in-laws, Kay Bush (Dick), Joseph Quinn (Carol), John "Jack" Quinn (Pat), William "Bill" Quinn, Vincent "Vinnie" Valelunga and David Reiter.

He is survived by: his daughter Eileen; his son-in-law Aaron Fritton of Oswego; his grandchildren, Kylie and Cole Fritton of Oswego; his sister Peggy Coyne of Fulton; and his sisters-in-law, Patty Hall (Danny) of Fulton and Sharon Reiter. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
