He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ezra Haggard and Marie Harris Haggard; his wife Patricia Haggard (Brient); his children, Benjamin Haggard of Corning, Lee Ann Haggard of Oswego, Robert Haggard (Julie) of Painted Post and Daniel Haggard of Oswego; his grandchildren, Jordan and Levi; and his sister Donna Ratliff.
