He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Chalone and Mary Chalone (Supino); and his brothers, Vincent and Alfred Chalone. He is survived by: his spouse Vita (Licciardello); and his daughters, Theresa Chalone (Thomas Gardner), Patricia Hardwick (Mike) of Austin Texas, Ann Leis (Jorge) of Houston Texas and Lisa Cooper (Curt) of Sterling. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
