She was predeceased by: her husband Rolland Phillips; her son Cameron Phillips; her parents, Donald Pitcher and Harriet Pitcher; and her siblings, Reginald, Gerald, Harold James, Dion Pitcher, Marilyn Bennett, Valerie Hopkins and Kay Lindsley.

She is survived by: her children, Randall Phillips of Mill Spring, NC, Paul Phillips (Kerrie) of Fulton, NY, Lynne Steffens of Jensen Beach, FL and Lori Sands of Stuart, FL.; and her siblings, Dean, Dale, Steven, Michael, Darryl, Ronald, Donald Jr., Donna Patrick, Sheryl Pitcher and Audrey McKuen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
