He was predeceased by: his siblings, James Ezzo and Sylvia Hartle. He is survived by: his wife Diane Ezzo of Fulton; his sons, Arthur Ezzo Jr. (Micheline) of Fulton and Robert Ezzo of Fulton; and his brother John Ezzo (Joan) of Fulton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
