He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law William Laird. He is survived by: his wife Muriel Adkins of Fulton; his sons, Christopher Adkins (Nicole) of Fulton and Jeffrey Adkins (Meegan) of Oswego; his sister Margaret "Peggy" Laird (Jim Pryse) of Scriba, NY; and his grandchildren, Spencer, Nina, Moira, Lucy and Ella. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
