He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Cira and Eleanor Cira (Nason); his former wife Geraldine "Beanie" Cira; his daughter Geraldine Cira; and his brother Paul Cira.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Cira of Fulton; his children, Anthony Cira (Cheri), Raymond Murray (Elaine) of Fulton and Rose Ogden (Chuck Robbins) of Oswego; and his brother Ralph Nason (Ann). He is also survived by several grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
