She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Waugh and Ina Waugh (MacDougall); and her husband Ronald Briggs. She is survived by: her sons, Thomas E. Briggs II and Robert Briggs (Michelle); her grandchildren, Robert and Claire Briggs; her brother Harold Waugh (Mary); and her nieces, Meridith "Marci" Waugh of Fulton, Erin Brewster (Paul) of Fulton and Susie Parsons of Fair Haven. She is also survived by several cousins and many dear friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Foster Funeral Home (910 Fay St, Fulton, NY 13069). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Parish (309 Buffalo St, Fulton, NY 13069).
