He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Skinner and Ruth Swortout Skinner; his wife Twila R. Stoddard; and his siblings, Leo Skinner, Gerald Skinner, Lawrence Skinner, Leona Swortout, Doris Dunbar and Ruby Reisman.
He is survived by: his daughters, Valorie M. Miller (Calvin) of Winchendon, Mass, Violet R. Butler of Allegany and Joy B. Skinner of Friendship. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the activities Dept. of the Absolut Care of Allegany.
