He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Speta and Violet Lewis Speta; and his siblings, Charles Speta and Sylvia Scott. He is survived by: his spouse Gayle E. Dunshie; his sons, Mark Speta (Katina) of Pocomoke City and John French (Jennifer) of Friendship; his sisters, Cathleen Gleason of Friendship, Sherley Durkee of Rushford, Sally Kirtley of Texas, Christine Smith (Gordon) of Minnesota, Sherry Jo Austin (Robert) of Portville and Charlotte Gaeta of Belmont; and his brother-in-law Russell Scott of Rushford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
