As Michael departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Michael may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Michael leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Ferguson and Leora Dorvit; his sister Constance Scherrer; his grandson Noah Sadler; and his mother-in-law Thelma Sadler.
He is survived by: his family Swiss; his daughters, Heather Sadler of Friendship, Martha Padron of Friendship and Juanita Smith of Friendship; and his brothers, Vern Ferguson of Fillmore and Gregory Ferguson of Charlotte, NC.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Kopler - Williams Funeral Home (21 N Genesee St, Fillmore, NY 14735). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. The military honors was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at the Williams Funeral Home (21 N Genesee St, Fillmore, NY 14735).
