He is survived by: his parents, John Murphy Sr. and Pearl Warner Murphy; his wife Ashley Collins of Tampa, FL; and his siblings, Shawn Murphy (Morgan) of Addison, NY, Mark Murphy of Allegany, Steven Murphy of Wellsville, Keith Baker of Jamestown, Raymond Cuadrado of Philadelphia, Ryan Cuadrado of Philadelphia, Holly Brown (Robert) of Salamanca, April Murphy of Wellsville, Christine Murphy of Elmira and Mary Anderson (Thomas) of Jamestown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
