She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Watkins and Agnes Horton Watkins; her husband Ralph L; her sons, Gerald and Frederic Herbert; and her sister Betty Erskine.
She is survived by: her children, Juli Evans (Bob) of Canisteo, Judy Studley (Mark Teagarden) of Canisteo, Mary Jo Price of Canisteo, Ralph Herbert of Hornell and Raymond Herbert (Trudy) of Alfred Station; and her niece Bonnie George of Almond. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, several great and great great grandchildren.
