He was predeceased by: his adoptive father Leland B. Baker; and also Leland Baker. He is survived by: his parents, Patricia A. VanDeWalker Baker of Jamestown and Halsey Willover; and his siblings, Alvie Baker of Ischua, Kammy Searfoss of Ischua, Barb Tidd of Jamestown and Robert Baker of Niagara Falls. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
