He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo A. Heary and Mildred B. Hornung Heary; his spouse Nancyanne Myers; his brother Donald; his sister-in-law Linda Heary; and his granddaughter Amber Ruhland.
He is survived by: his daughter Sarah Wiltse (Matthew) of Allegany; and his stepchildren, Robert Ruhland of Franklinville, Linda Mumau of Arkansas and Robin Wheeler (Dale) of Delevan. He is also survived by 17 Grandchildren; many great grandchildren and a great great granddaughter; a sister.
