He is survived by: his wife Patricia Storms; his children, Daniel V. McCarthy Jr. of Friendship, David J. McCarthy (Adrienne) of Garrettsville, Ohio, Carey Jo Sparbel of Cheektowaga, NY, Hilary L. Crosier of Kenmore, NY and Sara A. McCarthy of Manassas, VA; his stepsons, Peter B. Bejte of Concord, NC and Steven T. Bejte of Orlando, FL; his grandchildren, Jacqui, Jenna, James, Zach, Alex, Tyler, Cameron, Caden, Kayla, Logan, Ryan, Anna, Abbey, Peter Jr., Hannah and Alli; his great grandchildren, Robbie and Eilah; and his siblings, Michael McCarthy of Friendship, William McCarthy of Hinsdale, Linda Mastracci (Ralph) of North Tonawanda, NY and Anne Merritt of Spring Hills, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
