Though Brete may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Brete touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Eck and Jean Keesler Eck; his siblings, Juanita Eck and Michael Eck; and his nephew Cory Eck.
He is survived by: his children, Brete A. Eck, Jr. of Belmont, Samantha Eck of Belmont and Beau Eck of Friendship; and his siblings, Rebecca Webster (George) of Scio, David Eck (Debbie) of Friendship and Daniel Eck of Scio. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; a great-grandson.
Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
