She is survived by: her sons, Todd Annis (Tambra), Jon Annis (Amy) of Frewsburg and Tedd Annis (Debra) of Delray Beach, FL; her grandchildren, Tyler Annis (Monica), Trever, Kevin, Jacob, Janessa, Rachael, Samantha, Brytney Annis and Krystina Siassi (Dan); her great grandchild Ember Annis; and her sister Judy Johnson of Jamestown.
