It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack E. Smith Sr. of Frewsburg, New York, who passed away on October 2, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Dorothy Cekalske Smith and Bishop Concrete; his children, Kaylee Smith of Frewsburg, Chelsea Lucariello (Daniel) of Gerry and Jack Smith Jr. of Frewsburg; his grandchildren, Brentyn Smith and Emily Lucariello; his sister Jacqueline Erie; and his nieces, Sierra and Amanda Erie of Orchard Park.
