He is survived by: his wife Deborah J. "Deb" Spicer Raymond; his children, Christina Pitts (Miller), Jason Raymond (Anna) and Steven Raymond (Alicia); his grandchildren, Lauren (Lane), Steven, Jr., Mason, Colton Raymond, Evan and Ethan Pitts; his great grandchild Addison White; his brother William J. Raymond; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Spicer (Donna) and Rita Kelly (Ed). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
