He is survived by: his wife Amy; his children, Dorinda Courtine-White (Kenton), Donna Zimmerman, Dana Courtine (Shawn) and Dan Courtine (Erica); his stepdaughter Lindsay Lisciandro (Nick); and his grandchildren, Quinn White, Christan Zimmerman, Tyler Zimmerman, Rhys Courtine and Sage Lisciandro.
