With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Dorothy J. Siwruk of Fresh Meadows, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Dorothy left this world on January 1, 2025 at the age of 98, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. Though Dorothy may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Dorothy touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Alexander; her children, Joan Carol Siwruk, Gary Siwruk and Barbara Roshore; and her grandchildren, Janice Rinaldo (Robert Rinaldo), Andrea Belaus (Timothy Belaus), Christopher Roshore (Laurén Roshore) and Adored Babcie of Jack Rinaldo.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Frederick Funeral Home (192-15 Northern Blvd, Flushing, NY 11358). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Family RC Church (175-20 74th Ave, Flushing, NY 11366).
