He was predeceased by: his daughter Samantha; and his granddaughter Payton. He is survived by: his parents, William Sr. Carlisle and Ellen McFall Carlisle; his wife Barbara Swansbrough Carlisle; his children, Anthony Carlisle, Joshua Carlisle (Katelyn), Danielle Carlisle, Nicollette Scott (Justin) and Stephanie Hurd (Dave); his siblings, Amanda McGonigal (Jim) and Tom Carlisle (Sue); his grandchildren, Taylor, Branden, Sierra, Zackary, Athena, Quintin, ViviAnn, Alexander, Olivia, Nicholas, Christopher, Hunter, Connor and Derrick; and his great grandchildren, Jameson, Colton and Landon. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
