He was predeceased by: his parents, Margueritte M. Quigley (Seyler) and Walter S. Quigley; his grandparents, Florence E. (Gonder) and Walter H. Quigley; his uncle Edward H. Quigley; and his cousin Melvin Fern.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his daughter Michele; his son-in-law Drew DeHaas; his granddaughters, Aubrey and Emma DeHaas; his sisters-in-law, Barbara Burkey and Helen Noyes; his niece Barbara "Sissy" Miller (Gary Miller); his nephew Gary Burkey; his pet KitKat; and his daughter Donna. He is also survived by several cousins, family members.
