With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Leo Neff of Freeville, New York, born in Cortland, New York, who passed away on April 23, 2022 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Weibly (Neff) of Cortland, NY. and Donald Sr. Neff (Pete) of Cortland, NY.; his wife Mary Jane (Snyder); and his brother Donald Jr. Neff (Butch). He is survived by: his children, Annmarie Card (Neff) of Freeville, NY and Tim; his daughter-in-law Connie Neff of McGraw, NY; his grandchildren, Dylan Card (Adam), Dustin Card (Allyson), Daniele Card (Evan), Kassandra Neff (Tristin) and Ashley Neff (Dylan); his great grandchild Lucas Card; his brother Jim Neff (Ginny); his aunt Kathy; and his uncle Ed Holston. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
