He was predeceased by: his parents, Clair DeLavern and Darlene DeLavern. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Weber DeLavern; his children, Melissa K. Hamilton, James E. Stetson and Richard J. Stetson; his brothers, Deane DeLavern and Dennis DeLavern; and his stepsister Susie McCord. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other extended family.
