He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Sr. Bell and Ruth Lindley Bell of Varna; and his brother Kenneth Bell. He is survived by: his wife Christine Ross Bell; his children, Bonita Sautter (Albert) and Thomas Bell of Freeville; his grandchildren, Corinne Russell (Jason), Dinnett Moore (Jeff) and Sonya Garrow (Kristian); his stepdaughters, Tracie Thomas (Peter) and Kelly Flores (Geoff); and his sister Beverly Hammond of Berkshire. He is also survived by step grandchildren; many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
