He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Heath and Dorothy Heath; his brother Dennis Heath; and his nieces, Jennifer Vorhis and Jessica Tallman.
He is survived by: his son David Heath (Brandi Heath); his granddaughters, Emily and Abigail Heath; his daughter Tori Evans (Matthew Evans); his granddaughters, Anna and Isabella Evans; his sister Denise Dyvik (Arve Dyvik); and his nieces and nephews, Adam, Nicole Frankel, Areanna, Keyln Vorhis, Trevor Lehman and Riley Tallman. He is also survived by his family and so many friends.
