With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Rebecca Keyes of Freeport, New York, born in Atlantic Highlands, New Jersey, who passed away on February 23, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Sterling Spencer Keyes. She is survived by: her children, Wanda, Karen (Kevin) and Leslie; and her grandchildren, Tiffani, Whitney and Kendall.
