He is survived by: his girlfriend Britta; his children, Daisy, Preston of South Carolina and Kristofer of Westerlo; his siblings, David (Gloria), Laurie (Marty), Michael (Julie), Harry (Pam), Michelle (Scott) and Amanda; and his pet Brutus. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, countless friends.
