He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Noirot and Louise Myer Noirot; and his sister Kathleen Mickle of Lakeland, FL.. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Becker Noirot; his children, Walter (Maryjean) of Freehold, Pamela Chase (Gary) of Preston Hollow and Gerald (Brandy) of Mechanicville; his grandchildren, Elizabeth (Bobby) and Parker; his great grandchild Allie; and his brother Richard (Nancy) of Lakeland, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and his nephew.
