He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Allen and Julia Allen (Herring); his wife Lucinda Allen (Cowles); his daughters, Carrie Ann Germain (Clifford) and Cassie Louise Mooney (Michael); his granddaughter Allyson Brooke Germain; and his mother-in-law Mary Cowles.
Donations in his memory may be made to the family to establish a college fund for his beloved granddaughter.
