He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Fahy and Esther Fahy; his son Steven Fahy; his grandson Joshua Mummery; his great grandchild Josh Willis; and his brother Robert Fahy.
He is survived by: his wife Gretchen Fahy; his children, Kim Grevin (Scott) of Java Center, John Fahy (Molly) of Freedom and Alex Fahy (Mona) of Freedom; and his siblings, James Carley (Belva) of Florida, Edward Fahy (Tracy) of Florida and Suzi Fahy of Florida. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
