He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Haggerty and Lucille Haggerty (Nichols); and his siblings, Keith Haggerty, Kermit Haggerty (Shirley), Isabelle Weitz (Kenneth), Marilyn Bishoff (Roy) and Calvin "Tap" Haggerty (Nancy).
He is survived by: his wife Anna Haggerty (Bennett); his children, Connee Haggerty of Fillmore, Bonita Haggerty of Snyder, NY, Donald Haggerty of Freedom and James Haggerty of Freedom; his grandchildren, Krista Kanner (Steve) of Arcade, Lisa Morse (Carmen) of Florida, Jessie Haggerty of Williamsville, Haley Ford (Luke) of Palmyra, Owen Moss of Kenmore and Matthew Haggerty of Freedom; and his sister Rita Lefort (late Francis) of Strykersville. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
