It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brooke Michele Perkins of Freedom, New York, who passed away on January 14, 2021, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Lee Duerr and Michele Duerr (Raiber) of Holland, NY.; her husband Mark Perkins; her children, Jack and Oakley Perkins of Freedom; her siblings, Barry Duerr of East Aurora and Kyle Smith (Eric) of Holland; and her grandmother Marie Heitman. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
